I have about a week or two before I start vomiting 12 times a day and spending most of the day in bed. I need to do some batch cooking to freeze and have as back up on the worst days. Please can you hit me with your best freezable meals or meals I can make with very short prep time (I also can’t stand the smell of anything food related!)
I tend to make things that can be turned into something else in case specific food aversions hit. Obviously you’ll have to do some finishing nearer the time
Cook mince with ginger, garlic, onions -> bolognaise, keema, shepherds pie, tacos, sloppy joes
Meatballs -> flavour shape and fry then freeze, then easy to pop in to whatever sauce
Smoothie ice cubes really help when you can’t cope with consuming liquid
These take just 10 mins to prepare are a good snack/light lunch realfood.tesco.com/recipes/green-frittata-muffins.html

pork and sausages casserole
keep in their also some of that ready rolled packet of pastry so yu can whip it out to top and bottom pies.or to cut into circles for cooking as deconstructed pie tops.
for pesto and cheese pinwheels

packet of crumpets is very useful
you need lots of quick to grab things.even buying a loaf of bread and separating it with parchment.
