I have about a week or two before I start vomiting 12 times a day and spending most of the day in bed. I need to do some batch cooking to freeze and have as back up on the worst days. Please can you hit me with your best freezable meals or meals I can make with very short prep time (I also can’t stand the smell of anything food related!)

I tend to make things that can be turned into something else in case specific food aversions hit. Obviously you’ll have to do some finishing nearer the time
Cook mince with ginger, garlic, onions -> bolognaise, keema, shepherds pie, tacos, sloppy joes
Meatballs -> flavour shape and fry then freeze, then easy to pop in to whatever sauce
Smoothie ice cubes really help when you can’t cope with consuming liquid

These take just 10 mins to prepare are a good snack/light lunch
A really quick Thai chicken curry that can be frozen
Freezable chicken chasseur with very little prep
Likewise for this chilli
This isn't very summery but it's popular in our house.

Thank you both! Love the ice cube smoothie suggestion too, I will try that for sure.

shephards pies.
fish pies.
mac and cheese
chilli mince
stew and dumplings.
have a packet of shop bought filled pasta in there.great for grabbing and sticking straight into with a sacla sauce or pesto or just cheese.
whole side of salmon cut into portions.
chicken and sweet potato stew
Italian chicken.
single serve crustless quiche
chopped onion.peppers and veg bags so you can create meals from pulling the choppy bits from the freezer
also single serve snacks for you like flapjacks.choc covered bananas.oatie biscuits for when you on the go go go and just need something to grab.
freezer burritos
pork and sausages casserole
korma chicken
keep in their also some of that ready rolled packet of pastry so yu can whip it out to top and bottom pies.or to cut into circles for cooking as deconstructed pie tops.
for pesto and cheese pinwheels
or pastry can do so much with it.
packet of crumpets is very useful
you need lots of quick to grab things.even buying a loaf of bread and separating it with parchment.
pitta pocket.
chicken and rice pilaf
