Buffet menu for a garden party

I’m hosting a garden party for about 50 people in a few weeks. This is what I have planned and just wondering if it’s ok.

cheese board/pate/crackers/chutney
french bread
sliced ham
crisps
breadsticks
dips
coleslaw
potato salad
pasta salad
harissa cous cous salad
green salad
sliced pizza
sausage rolls
cheese and onion rolls
cocktail sausages
chicken pieces

fruit platter
jelly cups
victoria sandwich
rocky road

Anything you would add/take away? I’d be really grateful for any advice as it’s all a bit overwhelming at the moment!

It's more buffet salad food than garden party food. If you are calling it a garden party I would expect lots of sandwiches and little cakes/tarts. Apart from that it looks like a nice spread.

Also maybe add quiche as it can be served cold rather than pizza. Save you having to heat the oven and get hot pizza on the table. Cold pizza is vile imho.

I’d add scones to the dessert table.

I’d add veggie quiche, a meat quiche, and a huge bowl of tomatoes.

BUT you could get away with having fewer things as long as the quantity is enough.

So

Nice bread
A couple of cheeses
Ham
Potato salad
Green salad
Quiche
Tomatoes

Fruit platter
Rocky road

right, I’ll add a couple of quiches and some cupcakes to make it more ‘garden party’ than buffet. Tomato idea is fab...might do a mixed tomato and basil salad. Thanks all!

Too many things. As pp said, have couple of different types of quiche, several each, such as Lorraine, salmon, vegetable- of-some-sort; large chunks - think 1kg each as you have 50 guests - of 3 cheeses (soft, hard, blue); large platters of charcuterie; different naice breads; cherry tomatoes, cornichons perhaps?
Scones, fruit as in huge bowls of strawberries with cream/sugar on the side.
Too many fiddly things won't look good. Green salad wilts quickly, ditch coleslaw etc, difficult to eat and doesn't go with anything else on the menu.

I agree, you are better doing more of fewer things.
I would lose
Sausage and cheese and onion rolls and pizza and sub for a quiche
Crackers (French bread is enough and then do two cheeses so more like a ploughman’s)
Do two carb based salads (potato and cous cous)
Then keep your green salad and coleslaw and add tomato salad, grapes and coleslaw to accompany cheese.
