I need a pie recipe to feed a fair few people, has to be vegetarian and preferably fairly healthy?

Anyone got a good one?

any veggie combination like cauliflowe, peas sweet corn in a cheese sauce

Leeks, potatoes, broad beans lots of garlic with white sauce and a little Parmesan

Spinach, tomatoes ( no seeds or too runny) onions and pine nuts or walnuts with grating of nutmeg and splash of cayenne pepper. Nice with veggie suet pastry also

Precook veg often best.

Homity pie

I made this recently: www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/853636/mushroom-shallot-and-squash-pie

And it came out really well. Depending on how many a 'fair few' people is, it should scale up ok. The shallots took absolutely ages to peel, though!

Parmesan isn’t suitable for vegetarians but Sainsbury’s do a great substitute.

This baked Camembert and vegetable pie is soooo yummy and feeds 8 but I wouldn't say it's very healthy! realfood.tesco.com/recipes/baked-camembert-and-vegetable-pie.html

I've made this a couple of times and can understand why it's got over 200 5-star reviews. It's delicious, looks good and it's yet it's really quick and easy. www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/4540/crispy-greekstyle-pie- It's definitely healthy but only feeds four though.

Greek Spanakopita?
I love a root veg pie, but to me its not very summery if that bothers you.
Puy lentils made a great veggie shepherd's pie too.
