A dozen very ripe bananas?!
I could freeze them but looking for a baking idea or something more interesting.

This is my all time favourite banana bread recipe. It's rated very highly on the website too. realfood.tesco.com/recipes/choc-chip-banana-bread.html it will use three of the bananas!

These ridiculously easy but very tasty Banoffee muffins will use two of them www.carnation.co.uk/Recipes/28/Banoffee-Muffins

This banana ice cream recipe is so quick and easy, only four ingredients and no need for an ice cream maker. www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1363649/quick-banana-ice-cream it needs four bananas.

This Baileys chocolate and banana trifle will use three of them. www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/890640/baileys-banana-trifles

Do the banana ice cream thing (slice and freeze them, then blend into a creamy lovely frozenness) and add chunks of dark chocolate and walnuts and it should taste just like Ben and Jerry’s vegan Chunky Monkey.
