Need some meal inspiration as I feel I'm always giving DD the same things. Feel like we are on a rotation of roast dinner, spag Bol or sheps pie, mac and cheese, sweet potatoe and chicken patties and chicken curry. Does anyone have any recipes/meal ideas suitable for a one year old. Also good freezable meals that I can batch make. I love the sweet potatoe patties I make as I make loads and freeze them for the days I'm at work and can't cook.

Can I have the sweet potato patties recipe please?

I make a big lasagne and cook it then wrap individual portions and freeze those and microwave from frozen for my 2.

Yes my sweet potatoe patties (I'm useless with any kind of measurement I just put in what looks right to me)
Basically just mixing together cooked mashed sweet potatoe with little pieces of either cooked chicken or salmon, spring onions, grated carrot, a whisked egg, a bit of Worcestershire sauce and djorn mustard (optional and just a tiny amount) Shape them into little patties and cook in oven for 15/20minutes. Hope your DC likes them

Those pancakes sound great! I like making grated root veg pancakes too, the kids like them a lot. I've had these green pancakes bookmarked for a while as well to try out on the kids.

Things my kids will be eating this week:

• teriyaki salmon with rice and edamame beans (you can mash these to make them safe for a 1yo)
  
• tuna pasta
  
• veggie frittata with plain yoghurt
  
• fried eggs on toast with avocado
  
• dippy eggs and soldiers with cut-up peppers, cherry toms and cucumber
