I'm making chow mien which calls for 8tbsp light soy sauce, 2tbsp dark soy sauce and 400g noodles with mixed veg.
I feel that this is too much sodium though! I've been googling and I've read about people dying from sodium overdose... I think it will roughly serve about 4 people, maybe stretch to 5 servings! 100ml is 13g sodium, I weighed it and came up as 120g, so roughly about 14g sodium, divide by 4 which is 3.5g sodium per serving... this is fine, isn't it? I know it's high but it won't cause issues will it God I am acting like a hypochondriac...!
