Portions for batch freezing

I'm being quite dumb here but I've bought a stack of cheap freezer boxes that say 650 (ml?) - if freezing curry that I'll then add to cooked rice when defrosted and cooked - is that 2 portions in one box or two?

I usually work off the Ikea ones!
