Freezer friendly meals - child friendly

So I've got in a bit of a rut dinner wise and we eat the same things most weeks - not helped by the fact that I've a three year old who changes her mind from day to day about what food she likes/hates, and a five year old who is pretty good for eating most things, but doesn't like spicy food at all.

I'm also pregnant with number 3, not due til November, but looking to get some ideas before then, and some practise in, on meals that I can have ready in freezer for days when baby won't be put down (I breastfed the other two, and hopefully will this one also). At the moment the only thing I really cook and freeze is that I do a kilo of mince at a time with veg etc, and then freeze three dinners worth so that does spaghetti bolognese or lasagne once a week for three weeks.

They both love pasta, rice, chicken, beef, ham, sausages, some fish (depending on the day for 3 year old!). Five year old will eat potatoes, 3 year old most often doesn't want it, or at least not mash or roast potatoes. Might eat it though in a pie or something?

Thanks for any ideas, I've tried googling but I'm a bit overwhelmed!

Sausage casserole
Cottage pie
Fish pie
Chicken casserole (either tomato-y or with leeks, garlic, thyme and stock and milk to make it creamy)
Lasagne
Non-spicy chilli
Soup

I also keep stuffed fresh pasta in freezer and cook from frozen a handful at a time to have with pesto.

Costco/supermarkets do those takeaway-style Tupperware and also the foil trays which are great for lasagne and pie as can go straight in oven from freezer.

I often make a big load of mash and freeze in batches too for days when I’m really pushed!!

You can take this recipe for a delicious smoky sausage casserole all the way up to the breadcrumb stage before freezing it www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/smoky-sausage-casserole
My favourite freezable pasta bake:

I also freeze macaroni cheese, quiches, fish cakes (they contain mashed potato though) and jumbo homemade sausage rolls that I reheat and serve with steamed veg.
