I am catering for a large group for a barn dance. APprox 100 people. there are reheating facilities, but not really a lot of cooking facilities. Last year they did chilli. WOuld like to do something different this year. ANy ideas?

Serve with jacket potatoes if you have the facilities (and bowls of grated cheese) or wedges of sourdough bread or American style corn bread.
You could easily make a separate one without the bacon for veggies. It is dairy-free, and beans are cheap!
