Looking for some inspiration before going to the shops. Thinking of making some pitta breads with the kids and having some picky bits with them for tea but still undecided!

I'm making a loaf of seedy bread just now, and a pan of thick lentil soup for lunch. Tea will be homemade sausage rolls (ready made puff pastry, and lorne sausage...easy peasy) with lots of veg.

Tomorrow's lunch will be the same as todays. Tea depends on what I buy at the supermarket this afternoon - possibly roast chicken. That gives me leftovers for hubby's lunchtime rolls through the week.

Last week I made koftas with minced lamb, a tablespoon of curry paste and an onion. They were really good and we had them with pittas and couscous. Will definitely do them again.
