What's something fun to make with DC?

That isn't a cake or biscuits.

Want to do some fun cooking that feels like a treat/proper activity this holidays with the DC. They already help with standard meals quite a lot so are reasonably skilled (although small). Maybe something savoury but still feels treat like.

Pasties? Make shortcrust pastry from scratch.

If you buy filo pastry, samosas or Greek spanakopita are fun to make.

Quesadillas - basically a wrap folded over, filled with cheese and nice bits and cooked in a dry non-stick pan until the cheese melts.

Look on Pinterest for the the twisted dough sticks in a star surrounding baked Brie. It’s fab!
