I have to cook for 6 people. I have 5 chicken breasts, lots of spuds for mash, a well stocked freezer and a decent corner shop. Curry is out of the question.
Do you reckon Nigella’s cream thing from the kids’ section of how to eat would do? With added leeks and veg on the side perhaps? Any other ideas?
