Sea bass

I've accidentally ordered sea bass fillets with my Tesco shopping. What shall I do with them for my fish-averse DH? Over the years I've gradually added salmon and smoked haddock to his repertoire, so perhaps this will prove to be fortuitous. Delicious ideas please!

Just pan fry them for a few minutes each side. They are quite tasty and don't need much cooking. We like to have them with stir fried vegetables. However, we find that a single sea bass fillet don't really fill us up so if you are really hungry you might need to cook a couple or best still buy the whole fish.

This recipe is easy and works just the same for sea bass as it does for sea bream. Amazing results every time I've done it. www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/749699/tandoori-spiced-sea-bream
I serve it with carrots, green beans and pilau rice.

This pesto crusted bass with new potatoes is lovely. My Dh also doesn't like fish, but sea bass is his preferred, he says it's much less fishy than haddock and salmon.
