I really like cabbage stir fried with a few spices with roti and yoghurt for lunch. Much more than the sum of its parts.

cheesy leeks and onions over a salmon fillet or meat.
sautee garlic, onion and leeks.stock.creme fraiche/cream.touch of pesto.tin of pinto bans or other white bean.bubble to right thickness.add white wine if yo uwish.serve with chicken thigh,lamb or pork chop.and some carrots.
big tomato stew with it all in.tinned tomatos.jar of dolmio.chickpeas.all the above veg in chunks.stock.serve with some herbie dumplings.
