Just preparing dinner earlier and got the ingredients out, and it occurred to me that in at least 80% of our meals I'm reaching for garlic, onions and peppers. Sp now I'm wondering (nosey), is that the same for most people or do you have a different holy trinity from which you begin a large proportion of your cooking?
