Nostalgic party food ideas?

I quite fancy a tea party in the style of the birthday parties I remember from the 1980's eg

Cheese & pineapple sticks
Party rings/iced gems
Sandwiches cut into small triangles
Jelly in little bowls
Tinned fruit salad
Space invaders/skips

What else would be good?
Cheers

Fairy cakes or butterfly cakes - not the massive cupcakes everyone does now, but the wee dinky fairy cakes with icing and smarties on the top, or buttercream and "wings".

Battenburg cake!

Marmite sandwiches and twiglets (unless you're a "hater")

Old fashioned trifle? Not sure if this is a tea party thing, but it wasn't a party without a trifle in our house....

Ritz crackers with primula cheese spread squeezed onto them, so you could still see the ridges in the cheese.

Ooh there was something you could do with the shells of oranges to fill them with orange jelly and make boats with cocktail sticks and paper sails. I never had this kind of party but I would still love to do this!!

Closest I could find as I have been overseas far too long and forgotten what they are called. Little cheese biscuity shapes thingies.
