Felt really quite hungry but didn’t want to spend ages in the kitchen so did a recipe by José Pizarro from his cook book ‘Catalonia’. Fresh butifarra with beans. Didn’t have any butifarra sausages (obviously!) so used some ordinary sausages.
Basically, you fry off carrots, celery and onion till tender then add veg/chicken stock along with some (cooked) white beans. Serve with the grilled sausages on top. Cold yoghurt with warm stewed plums and a drizzle of honey for afters.
