Mine's really strong/extra mature cheddar...what's yours?

Or Gouda for melting. I’m not actually keen on cheddar.

I'm with you on strong cheddar. The crunchier the better.

Also I've recently been introduced to Halloumi. It's life-changing.

Stilton. Both by itself and for cooking. There's some in the fridge now and I keep carving chunks and eating it off the knife.

A good strong cheddar. The kind that makes your jaw under your ears twinge (just me?)

I love a good Caerphilly too - on crackers with piccalilli

Strong vintage cheddar - black bomber being my ultimate fave. Also love Roquefort but having to cut that out at the moment due to being pregnant.

iklboo - that’s exactly how a good vintage cheddar should feel when you eat it. Can’t beat it 🙂

Gruyere. Gorgeous!

At Christmas I quite like a bit of Wensleydale with cranberries.

Stilton.

It's hard to choose just one, I adore cheese.

Very strong aged cheddar.

Smoked gouda.

Oh I love cheese!

I love a good wensleydale, with nothing in, and silverskin pickles on the side.

Manchego makes me very very happy.

A melted camembert, with fig relish and crusty bread.

A good sharp cheddar, with chopped apples alongside.

Oh cheese how I love you!

Snowdonia's black bomber is the best cheese I have tasted in ages. I love a good creamy blue cheese too.
