Best buttercream recipe for piping

Hi, can you give me your best buttercream piping recipe please? Also, am I ok to pipe a day in advance?

Pretty much 2 parts icing sugar to 1 part butter is perfect. Then a splash of liquid.
For 12 cupcakes it’s 240g butter, 480g icing sugar, teaspoon vanilla extract, and a splash of milk. Or you could mix in lemon curd, Baileys etc.
have the butter soft, and gradually add the sieved icing sugar. Beat as long as you can and it’ll get fluffier and lighter.
