Any suggestions to use it up, dh doesn’t like overly creamy savoury stuff....

I’ve got a lot of frozen black currants.....

Brown bread ice cream. Much nicer than it sounds and very easy to make without an ice cream churn.

Small pan of frozen peas, chopped onion, pour cream on and boil down. Delicious!

Forget the black currents, they are frozen and can remain so. For the cream, do Nigella's Seville Orange Ice Cream. There should still be a few around for late Marmalade makers, and you only need three or four of them. It is very easy to make and very decadently delicious.
