Ok so I'm starting to change my diet completely. My diet so far is full of junk , sugar and fat! I'm looking for healthy recipes and healthy snack ideas? Also healthy smoothie ideas if anyone can help. I have cut out sugar from teas and coffee and only take one sweetener. I have like two coffees a day max. Not a huge tea fan so that's only a couple of times a week. My water intake is 2.5l a day just now which I honestly feel amazing for.

Thanks in advance

Are you looking to shed weight or just increasing the nutrional value?
I love the notion of eating produce not products. I think it’s a really simple way of starting off. That said I know in a busy world that can also have its practical limitations.
I’d start off looking out your main meals to identify areas to address. Things like increasing veg consumption or swapping to whole grains and complex carbs.
I like to keep my snacks fruit and veg based but that easy for me because I really enjoy them but know it’s not the case for everyone.
Could you post a typical days food at present? Then people could help to come up with alternatives

What are you eating at the moment?
It’s often a good idea not to stray away too far from foods you like as you might not enjoy the change.
For example, if you like chips then switch to home made potato wedges which are really easy to do.
If you like pizza, make a simple tomato sauce with added veg and put the sauce and a little bit of cheese on a pita bread or tortilla wrap.

Start off with trying to eat your 5 fruit and veg a day - 2 fruit and 3 veg and cutting down on sugar and white flour stuff.
