Really tasty chicken stew / one pot anyone?

We have this quite often with either tagliatelle or rosemary potatoes, it's lovely and very easy and quick

No idea why it's called chicken cacciatore though! Because it's not.

You can get tinned cherry tomatoes in M&S

Made Nigella's Chicken Cosima on Friday and it was rather dull and bland .

Any other recipes out there to inspire ? Maybe a tagine or similar ?
