I have bought myself a blender. It is the Hinari Genius one so has lots of different attachments. This was mostly to make smoothies but will make whatever else too.

Any nice and easy smoothie recipes, or anything else nice and easy I can make with a blender? Grin

We love banana smoothies. It’s basically just a banana, a few strawberries or a dash of apple juice for the sweetness, a dollop of yoghurt and some milk.

I do banana, unsweetened soya milk, a tbsp of ground flaxseeds and a dollop of peanut butter. Keeps me going for ages.

Ice cream smoothies are the best but very fattening Blush and basically any flavour icecream with milk and you have that flavour smoothie.

The frozen fruit section of the supermarket is your friend. Tesco even do ready prepared frozen smoothie mix - they had ones with spinach etc when I was there last. I whack in whatever’s going - pineapple, blueberries, avocado, blob of peanut butter, some fruit juice, plain yogurt.

Although ObiJuanKenobi’s idea sounds fab...

Not sure how powerful it is but with some you can do peanut butter

And they are great for making speedy pancake batter!
