What are we having this week?
Tomorrow: veggie sausage and bean casserole
Monday: veggie fried rice
Tuesday: roast med veg and chickpeas
Wednesday: lentil spag Bol
Thursday: spanakopita

Spag Bol tonight
Sunday - chicken dinner
Monday - sweet potato and coconut curry with left over chicken and spinach
Tuesday - steak stir fry
Wedesnday - chilli con carne Smile

Veggie adults and carnivore offspring here.
Sat: kids -pizza (treat night) adults - parmaggino
Sun: spaghetti Napolitana with bacon sprinkles (kids) and garlic mushroom (adults)
Mon: chiken and peanut noodles (kids), veg/peanut noodles
Tue: Cottage pie/cheesy veg pie, carrots, peas
Wed: chicken tangine/aubergine and chickpea tagine, couscous
Thur: home-made burgers/garlic mushroom 'burgers', potato wedges
Fri: kids: chicken nuggets and chips (treat day 2), adults: tortilla and baked beans

Eat out left dd tomato and mozzarella pasta bake
Sunday brunch eggs bacon etc
Monday spaghetti with mushrooms and anchovies a deliha recipe which is mostly store cupboard
Tuesday ham and pea risotto
Wednesday Shakshuka make extra sauce
Thursday pasta with left over Shakshuka as the tomato sauce and add tuna
Friday fish and chips

3 of us on a weird diet, other 4 not
Diet consists of chicken or fish with skme form of veg every night. Other (lucky) 4 having
Sunday - pasta with tomato sauce and salad
Monday - salmon, potatos and brocolli
Tuesday - butter chicken
Wednesday - spag bol
Thursday - omlettes and salad
Friday - fish parcels
Saturday - dont know
Sunday - chicken curry and naan

Tonight: prawn Thai green curry
Sunday: chicken roast
Monday: leftover chicken ceased salad and garlic focaccia slices
Tuesday: pie, veg & mash
Wednesday: Mediterranean stuffed peppers
Thursday: chicken Kiev's, wedges & salad
Friday: pizza

Trying to be healthy next week
Monday- Asian rice noodle salad
Tuesday- roast cauliflower tacos
Wednesday- mac and cheese using purée butternut squash for the sauce
Thursday- lentil Shepard's pie with sweet potato mash on top
Friday- pitta 'pizzas'
Saturday- having a dinner party so all Turkish and meze style food

Thu - Thai salmon fish cakes
Fri - chicken curry
Sat - BBQ bacon cheeseburger
