Red velvet cake

I have recently tried Cupcake Jemma's recipe for red velvet cake and wasn't very impressed (most of her recipes are excellent).

Which recipe is the best? Mary Berry? Nigella? any others?

I use the hummingbird bakery one. Works well every time but it is a tricky recipe.
