Diced Beef!

Hey there, I bought some diced beef and trying to think of a meal I could make that isn’t a casserole, pie or curry! I want to cook it and have it with rice but I can’t think of a sauce that will go with it! Any suggestions?

Rick Stein's goulash recipe is my favourite.

Or you could go Chinesey and do like a broccoli and beef?

Beef stroganoff! Can do links as I'm on the app but look up James Martin's recipe, it's easy peasy and delish

Thank you so much! Hopefully my partner likes the ideas as he’s the fussy one!

I make tacos with it! Buy a kit, mix half the sachet of spice with enough water to cover the beef and low heat for about 40mins - check the water doesn’t run out whilst it’s cooking. Once it’s soft and shredable let the pan run dry (don’t walk off and leave it like it did Hmm) and add a bit more of the spice mix if you feel it needs it. Then make tacos!

I found the whole sachet made it too salty so use about 1/2-3/4 of one!

Diced beef? What kind? If it's for stew or casseroles it needs cooking long and slow to make it tender it will be tough as boot.
Casserole isjust a cooking method, add spice or flavours to make different dishes. So maybe peanut butter and chilli for a satay or paprika and cream for a goulash.
