How to make a mixed grill

How do I make a good mixed grill?DS (older teen)has never had one and I would like to have a go at making one.
I googled but there are a lot of variations.
So far I am doing chops and a cumberland sausage.
Any ideas?
Last time I saw one was in a Bernie Inn in the 80s.

i'd have thought -ribs, chops and either a steak and/or sausage

or yet go to a beefeater type place and let them cook it Smile

Thanks I hadn't thought of ribs.
He's not a fan of eating out it would be easier if he did.
I am not a great cook but I think a grill should be easy enough.

Go to Wetherspoons or look online at their menu and copy theirs

Lamb chop, steak, good pork sausage, mushrooms, onion rings, peas and chips.
Well that was most mixed grills I saw my grandad and early boyfriends eat in the 80's & 90's anyway

Lamb chop, steak, sausage and gammon! Then a grilled tomato, flat mushroom, peas and a jacket potato. I'm a veggie, but in a previous life I was a Wetherspoons chef Grin
