How would you pre-make them, and then how would you cook them on the day?

You'd be better off buying Aunt Bessies Yorkshire puddings. I've never had success making and freezing them in advance.

Re heated or frozen homemade ones are never as nice. Aunt Betty's are better, but nothing like as good as proper homemade ones fresh from the oven.

My mum makes them in advance then puts them in a tray in the freezer, then once frozen into a freezer bag. On the day she just puts them still frozen into a hot oven for 5-10 minutes to crisp up. I've tried it and it works fine

I do them & reheat all the time. I just make as normal & reheat as needed.

If you make the batter the day before it'll be fine overnight in the fridge.
