Stupid but relatively urgent question about chicken stock

I’m making chicken stock but I’m really shattered and just want to go to bed

Once the hour and a half is up can I take the lid off and let it cool and fridge it

I just cba to do the straining bit

I’m just being too lazy aren’t I?

If you take the lid off & strain it straight away it will cool quicker & you’ll be in bed quicker.

I found it doesn't strain so we'll after its cold. It coagulation around the solid bits so you get less stock. Sorry Sad

I boil my stock for about 4 hours. I don't think you can get a proper stock in an hour and a half.
