I've got 4 egg yolks - what can I cook with them?

Hi, is like to use the egg yolks tonight as I wouldn't want them to spoil. Any ideas?

Egg flip, plenty of nutmeg, the taste of December.

Or use to enrich a white sauce/cheese sauce.

I'm. I thought about hollandaise sauce, but it takes stacks of butter!

Are they whole? If so poach or fry them and eat with toast. If not then custard.

I make pastry using an egg yoke rather than water , it makes it very short , but lovely , ideal to make small pies flans or turn overs

You could make a super luxurious pasta carbonara? Bacon, olive oil, the yolks and a load of cheese stirred furiously into the the hot pasta with a spoon of the cooking water and loads of pepper?
