Frozen Pollock Fillets

I recently bought some frozen pollock fillets in an attempt to eat more fish... but I don't really know what to do with them!

Anyone got a decent, fairly simple, recipe!?

I just put them in tinfoil with a knob of butter in the oven till cooked for a quick dinner. Not very inventive but tasty with potatoes and veg and quick

The same as pp baked with a little butter is always good, or spoon some red pepper pesto on top and bake is also really nice.
