Cold finger buffet

Need ideas please, need things that can be served cold, got a friend doing puff pastry bits and another doing bruschetta.
I’ll do a cheese board and crackers with grapes and pickles, dips, breadsticks and crudités, crisps and nuts, blinis and smoked salmon.
It’s the cold bit I’m struggling with, if I could heat things up I’d be spoilt for choice!

Cured meats with olives, nuts, and pickles

Arancini - admittedly, they're probably better warm
