Dd had brace fitted this morning.
Can't have anything chewy or sticky, crusty or crispy: anything which may stick or which needs to be bitten, in short.
eg can't have crisps, can have skips.
Please help me: I need to feed her for the next 2 years and my mind is blank! I'm looking for nutritious not to complex recipes which aren't all based around milk/eggs please
I made soup and bread (with crusts cut off) and egg custard for lunch.
I can do mash, custard, stewed fruit, smooth soups.
She isn't keen on soup, and actively dislikes yogurt or anything spicy. She told me today that she doesn't like cauliflower cheese but she has eaten it without complaint for 13 years. I think that the lack of bacon may be colouring her view.
All ideas welcome. I appreciate all thoughts and experience. thanks
