Umami tips

I use it on chicken and vegetable dishes (amazing on glazed carrots) I would be wary of the salt though as it may make everything too salty, the paste may be worth a try?

It's a salt / rub rather than a paste. So definitely only beef dishes then, not chicken or lighter flavours? Thanks!

Do you mean umami paste?
I put a good squeeze in bolognaise sauce and in my gravy when I'm doing a beef roast

Hello, I just bought some umami after seeing it for the first time in the supermarket. I've vaguely heard of it but not exactly sure how to use it....any tips or hints please?
