Chicken thighs out of the freezer on Sunday...

They went from the freezer straight into the fridge. Think they'll be ok to cook tonight (Tuesday)?

I'd go by how many days they had left in the use by before they were frozen.
My own habit of finding things in the back of the fridge with only 1 day left and freezing them in a panic would preclude my using them today.
So if it was Use By Sunday and you froze them the previous Wed, you probably have some leeway. But if it was Use By Sunday and you froze them on Saturday, I wouldn't chance it.
God, I make a palaver for myself don't I.

I usually put things in the freezer pronto but in my own freezer bags so can't be sure their sell by date. I'm sure it was probably 2017...
