I’ve just made amazing pea and ham soup
500g peas soaked overnight
Rinsed then put in pan with lean gammon joint, cover with boiling water and simmer for couple hours.
Grated carrot in towards the end. Remove gammon, chop finely
Lots black pepper
Easy and tasty Smile

I added broccoli at the end too and it was delicious!

Roast dinner on a sunday and leftover meal on the monday (mash topped pie is a fav here).

Cottage pie

Paninis grilled in the George grill with salad.

Tray bake - any meat with loads of veggies/potatoes and different seasoning or spices. Cajun chicken and veg works very well!

Pasta bolagnaise bake

Macaroni and cauliflower cheese bake (add bacon and redonion for a bit more flavour and ciabatta chunks on top for a bit of texture).
