Has anyone got any fail safe yummy recipes please? Brownie points for anything Christmassy too as these are for a Christmas school cake sale.

Thanks

Sorry but what's a fridge cake? A no bake one?

Not Christmassy as such, but this is always very popular (and easy to make)

100g unsalted butter
200g milk chocolate
3 tbsp golden syrup
225g digestive biscuits, crushed
225g Maltesers

Melt together the butter, syrup and chocolate. Mix in the biscuit crumbs. Press into a lined tin (about 20cm square, but it's quite flexible!) then push the Maltesers into the top of the mixture. Cool in the fridge until set.

You can drizzle the top with melted white chocolate or decorate with extra Maltesers.

Oh like a rocky road thing? I made one last year from a recipe I got on here somewhere. I'll have a look for it. There was also some white chocolate and peanut butter things too.

I'm not good at links but Nigella's Rocky Road crunch bars are yum.

And she has a Christmas version

Just google 'nigella rocky road' and 'nigella rocky road Christmas' for the recipes.
