I bought a bag today and it says to cook one part rice with three parts water for 25 minutes. But having looked online it generally needs one part rice to two water and cook for 45-50 minutes.
I'm confused can anyone advise?

I just do it in loads of water (so the wet method) and 18-20 mins of boiling.

I buy waitrose essential brown rice - boil then cover and simmer on low in a lot of water (3-4 times) check after 20 minutes - drain in sieve if needed and let it rest to dry out for a few minutes. Always soft and very nice.
