Seen a few mentions here on MN

How do they work?
Can you really cook anything from frozen (even chicken?)
Can you cook a whole meal in it - ie beef and the veg?

What are your fav family friendly recipes?

Sorry I'm vegan so my recipes would be of no use to you but I do use my IP at least 3 times a week, soups, strew, casseroles, rice, one pot pasta etc. There are quite a few Facebook groups that share recipes and photos and joining one will have you cooking exciting new recipes in no time.
