Is there such a thing as a healthy sweet snack??

Apricots? Depends what you mean by healthy!? They are natural but dried fruit is high in sugar! But it's more healthy than a Twix!

Frozen blueberries or grapes mixed into Greek yogurt with drizzle of honey on top.

frozen banana - cut banana into chunks, wrap loosely in foil and freeze. Then you can eat a chunk or two when craving sugar, or take a few and whizz them up with the blender - is like ice cream!

A few (4) dried dates with some plain almonds or cashews...not huge portions as they are full of sugar but I find they get rid of the craving.

I also love dried prunes but i appreciate they're not to everyone's taste! (Good for the bowels tho Smile)

Apple slices dipped in peanut butter
Rice cakes spread with a layer of fruit purée
Kallo make blueberry and vanilla rice cakes

roasted dried apple slices.you can do this with starberries and resberrys too.
bananas
granola in yorghurt.
many things ike fruit people say oh but the sugar.it is different though this is a natural source its easier to break down for the body and so is deff healthier than man made choc bars etc.
melon.
dried fruit and nuts.
yoghurt apple chunks sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg.
baked or roasted things bring out the sweetness.
the dc love roast veg.and you can just keep in tub in fridge and they pic in and out of it.parnisps.sweet potato,carrots. can also try different spices or seasonings.
bake your own fruit and nuts bars.
sweet potato crisps.carrot crisps.beetroot crisps.

I make these, they are tasty, sweet and quite addictive.
You could also melt dark chocolate, and pour over to make them chocolate covered.
