Would this work? Miso cod risotto

I was wondering if this could be quite nice, but I can't find a recipe for it. I've never had it just thought it might work. I'm not the world's best cook so would anyone here have any ideas of how I'd go about making it.

I would have thought white fish and rice would be a bit bland?

The flavours could work well, but the texture, I'm not so sure. You'd struggle to cook the cod in the risotto itself without it breaking up too much. You could could bake it with a miso glaze and serve over the risotto?

I wouldn't mind the aborio rice, but what liquid would you cook the rice in? I can't help thinking that a lighter, steamed-type rice might be better.

It wouldn't be a terrible thing to do though! Let us know if you try it!

This apparently works, I'm sure it could be adapted

We make smoked haddock risotto a lot, cook the fish lightly first in big chunks and then just stir through at the very end so it retains texture.

I'd add some veg too for extra taste and texture
