Your best cous-cous recipes please.

I've bought some instant 5 minute cous cous - I used to love tabouleh in France but would like any of your tried and tested recipes please using cous cous to get my kids on to it too. I'm sick of just rice or potato (they don't eat pasta)

soak cous, cous, squeeze juice of a lemon on it and zest. Add feta cheese and mixed leaf salad. We usually have it with morocan lamb and pita bread. Deelish!

Thanks, sounds good. I love cous cous so lets hope the kids like it so we can have it more often!
A turkish friend used to have it warm with tomato puree and chopped spring onions mixed in after soaking. Very tasty but my kids didn't like it.
