I have 2 fussy eaters and a non-fussy semi-vegetarian. Luckily I have recently realised that I can do:
- toad-in-the-hole with apple and sage at one end for dh and me, just sausages at the other for dses and vegetarian sausages in the corner for dd
- lasagne with just cheese and tomato at one end for dses and extra layers of vegetable for the rest of us
Does anyone have any other good suggestions for ways to separate out different parts so I still only have to cook one meal and can cater for everyone's different fussinesses without having to bring loads of things to the table and feeling like I'm running a cafe?
