Ideas for frozen veg

Just started work F/T and have to completely rethink. Very long hours and four kids. Love veg and have been to Morrisons and stocked up on frozen veg to use for ease of shopping/prep. So far frozen peppers/ red and white onion/ frozen stir fry veg/ corn/ sweet potato/ squash working great. Find the broccoli/ cauliflower/ courgette goes a bit soggy. Maybe I'm not doing it right? Baked dishes like lasagne seem to work well with frozen veg.

Any frozen veg converts out there willing to share recipes/ ideas?
