Can I prep sausage rolls like this?

I am making homemade sausage rolls for a party on Sun. I was thinking of making them tonight and storing them raw in the fridge and then baking right before the party on Sun.
Do you think the pastry will be ok in the fridge uncooked for that long, or am I better to bake now & reheat?

They will be absolutely fine! Just make sure as it's raw meat that the are on the bottom shelf in the fridge, below any ready to eat foods, and really well cling filmed. And if you're going to egg wash before cooking, don't do that bit in advance. Enjoy!
