I'm probably posting this in the wrong section but I'm just wondering what you guys have for breakfast or what you have as a "healthy breakfast"
I have two pieces of toast everyday and it dawned on me that I have 14 slices of toast a week!!!!!

Scrambled eggs & bacon, or strawberry, Greek yogurt & almond milk smoothie, or boiled eggs with cheese and/or ham slices, occasionally a couple of leftover sausages from night before.

At weekends some sort of fry up but more like brunch than breakfast.

A cup of coffee followed by a choice of the following:

a (still green) banana and maybe a couple of ryvita

A couple slices of toast with either just butter, or butter & jam/marmalade

A breakfast bar with dried fruit in it (stoats or the like).

2 x Weetabix with banana chopped up in it
Bran flakes or shreddies with fresh berries
Ready Brek with honey/banana/berries
Special K (though have given this up now I'm doing low-sugar).

I have Greek yoghurt and fruit at lunch or dinner so can't do it for breakfast. Usually have bread at lunchtime or later too, so avoid toast.

Don't have the time for/can't stomach eggs in the morning.

So am following for some new healthy ideas!

Oats with a handful of cornflakes, some dried sweetened cranberries, and sweetened soya milk. Most people in RL think it's weird, but it'll probably pass for quite normal on MN.
