Starving hungry after spending all evening getting ready to paint the living room I needed to eat. Not much in but I made one of loveliest currys I have eaten. Worth sharing. Fry 1 chopped onion with a few cardamom pods & cumin seeds. Add 1 Chinese takeaway container of microwave defrosted, precooked red lentils. A good squirt of lemon juice & the remnants of a tube of tomato puree. Find a past the use by date bag of kale & chard salad at the back of the fridge & stir in for 3 mins. It tasted amazing! !!! Definitely one to make again
