Healthy sweet snacks/deserts/puddings for kids

I'm actively working on making our family's meals a whole lot healthier and in doing this I need some ideas for healthy sweet snacks, deserts and puddings as the kids always request one and it may be a step too far to do away with them totally!
Fresh fruit and yogurts are fine for some days but I'd like to find some other alternatives to all the sugary rubbish they would happily consume by the bucket full!!
Any ideas?

Flapjacks? Stuff full of oats, nuts, seeds and dried fruit.

Chia pudding is healthy and tasty too if you use maple syrup, cocoa and milk.

Chia mousse! So simple, made with yogurt (I use coconut yogurt), can add fruit or honey/maple syrup, cacao or chocolate chips, and chia seeds. Just mix together & chill and it sets up in less than an hour. Scrummy!

I want to know this too.

Homemade jelly with fruit/berries set into it - fruit juice and gelatin, you can even make your own juices if you prefer to (just don't put kiwi fruit in, it won't set!).

Apple pancakes - American-style pancake/drop scone batter, no sugar added, with grated apple mixed into it, serve with homemade applesauce

Homemade ice lollies made from smoothies
Banana bread
Dried fruit like dates, prunes
Chocolate covered raisins
Peanut butter on apples or toast
Oatcakes - sounds savoury but some of the plain ones taste like digestive biscuits!
'Overnight oats' (lots of ideas for those online)
Frozen berries either blended up or just nibbled as they are

Also you could try a low sugar crumble recipe with seeds in the topping.

Frozen yoghurt ice lollies, I use Greek and add whatever fruit (usually berries, frozen are fine).
Homemade rice pudding, sweeten with honey.

rice pudding. It has sugar but also has calcium from the milk and is a good meal replacement when kids are being fussy/ not well as it's filling

Crumble always goes down well here.

Frozen bananas blitzed in food processor makes amazing ice cream or whizzed with milk to make a smoothie (doesn't taste too banana-ey and can be embellished with vanilla extract or other fruit / berries)

One of my favourite food memories from childhood is tinned fruit salad and evaporated milk! That's got to be a reasonably healthy dessert. I really want some now!

Never really been bothered by puddings so I offer fresh fruit, yoghurts, good ice cream (occasionally), cheese and biscuits

I make a lot of simple cakes with added fruit. Youghurt cakes are good; also ones with ground almonds.

Simple crumble and custard

Banana ice cream. I also freeze odds and sods of fruit and add as well. Big dollop of yoghurt helps to soften it down

Homemade jelly is soooo easy. Apple juice jelly is very easy and looks good with berries in it

Greek yoghurt with honey and fruit

Oat and raisin cookies (special treat that one)

Rachel's rice pudding is the less artificial one around.

Eve's pudding/apple sponge

Crepes with lemon juice and sugar (again, special treat) or American style pancakes with maple syrup and stewed fruit. We often have this for brunch - it's a big hit although you need small ramekins for the syrup otherwise the kids will have a lake of it!

Fairy cakes with lurid shop bought child applied icing. Ditto shoetbread biscuits

I would say that 80% of the time pudding is fruit in my house but I have one very slight child and in the depths of January he needs feeding up otherwise he looks skeletal.
