Cook from frozen chicken

I've got a huge bag of cook from frozen chicken breasts in my freezer, what can I do with them? I don't eat chicken but my dh and 2 dc's do. Looking for simple and quick recipes I can do

Chicken skewers - chop them up, marinate in a mix of soy sauce , ginger and honey and then grill. Or a sauce of peanut butter or whatever flavour you are looking for.

I always struggle to know what to do with chicken as i don't really like it but skewers always go down a treat with Dh and the children.

Casserole
fajitas,i just buy the Old El Paso kits and add extras like, Guacamole, soured cream, refried beans etc
Spanish chicken, add passata, paprika, peppers, red onion, chorizo, and bake in the oven for 40 mins or so
Stir fry
Hunters chicken, wrap the chicken in bacon top with bbq sauce and grated cheddar cheese.

Thank you for your suggestions! I've been doing various versions of tray bakes but will be trying some of these
