Basically what the title says.

Although I've already had a plateful, is a tuna Pasta Bake safe to eat cold after being left in the oven overnight and placed in fridge in the morning? (I had it cold about 5/6 hours after it being placed in fridge)

The reason I ask, is because I did not know it was accidentally left in oven overnight first.

It smelled ok and tasted fine so?

Are you pregnant (and therefore need to be extra cautious)? If not, absolutely fine. I'm totally guilty of leaving leftovers in the oven overnight Blush

If you're a healthy non pregnant adult then if it tastes ok don't give it a second thought.

I leave pans of curry or pasta out on the back of the hob sometimed uncovered for days until I've finished them and just boil them for ages overnight because I don't have very much fridge space and I've always been fine. Smell and sliminess is one of many good indicators.

I'd reheat it.

It's not something I would do purely as being a chef food safety is ingrained in me. Bacteria grows between 5c - 63c so ideally perishable food like meat/fish needs to be served outside of that temperature range. I personally wouldn't have eaten it unless it had been stored correctly overnight. However you'll most likely be fine...but it does seriously increase the risk of food poisoning.
